May 23-25: Memorial Day Weekend
Flee the doldrums of the city and kick off summer with a fishing contest, new playground equipment, swimming pool games, barbecue dinner, craft show and outdoor music under the stars.
May 30–June 1: Wilderness Awareness
Hike the old Saw Mill Trail, go on a wilderness scavenger hunt, design your best for the poster contest, and join us for a bonfire with free s’mores. Enjoy a fun full weekend
June 6-8: Wacky World of Sports
Basketball and shuffleboard tournaments, pool volleyball and tire football contest. We’ll finish off with a toasty bonfire and s’mores.
June 13-15: Dad’s Wild West
Dads vs. kids in a Wild West parade, best-dressed western contest, squirt gun contest, bocce ball and a wild time singing at karaoke.
June 20–22: Mardi Gras Weekend
Dress up for the Mardi Gras parade, make a mask and decorate your bike, search for hidden doubloons and join Chef George for a real Cajun dinner and a jambalaya cooking class.
June 27-29: Casino Night
Come down for fun games and prizes (all proceeds go to Christmas for Kids). Enjoy our famous ice cream social, candy bar bingo and our famous tri-tip dinner.
July 4: Fourth of July Weekend
Be a part of the grand parade in the town of Idyllwild, or just come and enjoy this outstanding community event. Come back to the park for tasty hot dogs and an ice cream social. Join in the campfire singalong.
July 4–6: Happy Birthday, America!
Join us for a long week full of fun and adventure. Parade in the park, hayrides, swimming pool games, chili cookoff, watermelon-eating contest. Get out for family nature hikes.
July 11-13: Carnival Weekend
Test your skill at fun games for prizes. The best tasting hot dogs on the mountain will be here with karaoke fun for everyone.
July 18-20: Bluegrass Weekend
Band scrambles, with lots of jams going ‘till the wee hours. Bring your fiddle and spoons and join the fun. Music workshops and Sunday gospel jam. Don’t miss this favorite event!
July 25-27: Christmas in July
Santa will be joining our efforts to make a difference for kids on the mountain at our Christmas for Children auction (all proceeds go to Christmas for Kids). Decorate Christ-mas cookies and enjoy free s’mores by the fire Friday night.
August 1-3: Blast to the Past
Groove back to the 50s and 60s. We’ll do the Hula-Hoop, chicken dance and limbo. Wear your best digs and enjoy that famous tri-tip dinner.
August 8-10: Civil War Weekend
Participants will demonstrate what life was like during Abe Lincoln’s time. Hit the trail with horseback rides on the beautiful state park trail, then enjoy entertainment in the cool summer-evening atmosphere of the outdoor amphitheater.
August 15-17: Mexican Fiesta
Swing down for our best salsa contest. There’ll be a kids’ piñata and a delicious Mexican dinner. Come learn to play Mexican dominoes.
August 22-24: Hawaiian Luau
Come check out a fabulous Hawaiian party at the pool. Shake your hips to Hawaiian music, enjoy a luau feast and join the Hula-Hoop, limbo and watermelon eating contests for all ages. Enjoy a luau pork dinner with karaoke on Friday night.
August 29-31: Labor Day Weekend
Bring your furry friends up for the fifth annual dog show, which includes a dog bone scavenger hunt for you and your dog. Wisdom Tree returns—enjoy the great music and stories. Craft show, hot dog feast, with games and prizes for all ages.

May 10-11: Mother’s Day Weekend

Come see the ladies of the Old West strolling through the park and see a Wild West gunfight! Join in our annual horseshoe tourney and try your hand at the Oakzanita corral.

Bring Dad up for a nice relaxing weekend and treat him to breakfast! Take a short drive to Cuyamaca Lake for a great day of fishing. And don’t forget your remote control car—we have a great new off-road track where you’ll catch loads of air!

July 4-6: Independence Day
Join us for this fun family weekend. We’ll have lots of family games and kids’ crafts, plus lots of family entertainment, including a magic show and nature programs.
July 19-20: Be Kind to Earth Weekend
Come and see Dr. Solar and his traveling good time, sunshine, medicine show! Also, the one, the only, amazing Dana and his magic show! Tie dye shirt making.
August 9-10: Luau Weekend
Aloha, join in and watch and also dance with our Polynesian dancers as they take you on a journey across the South Pacific. Tropical arts and crafts, games, and our awesome Hawaiian dinner! Don’t forget your Hawaiian shirt!
September 30-October 1: Labor Day Weekend
Come enjoy the last big hoorah of the summer! We’ll combine our favorite activities from the summer into one big weekend. Magic shows, nature shows, arts and crafts—and don’t miss the big horseshoe tourney!
November 27: Thanksgiving

Pio Pico
May 24-26: Summer Kickoff Weekend
Kick off your summer at Pio Pico with our weekend full of fun things for the whole family to do. Treat the whole family to meals at our kitchen all weekend long. Come make a lanyard animal at our craft class and buy some tickets at our weekend-long silent raffle to benefit Christmas for
Kids. Softball games and candy bingo
will keep everyone entertained while Mr. FDR will provide music for our teen
dance. Kids, come check out Club Blazer, a club just for kids
June 7: Ahoy Matey! Weekend
Come win buried treasure during our pirate dice game, Make a pirate hat during our craft class and wear it during our pirate battle. A Pirates of the Caribbean film festival completes the weekend.
June 14: Dad is King Weekend
Bring Dad to our ice cream social, where his is free. Come make him a gift at our craft class, then let’s see who will win the fathers/kids softball game. Let someone else grill his steak at our barbecue.
June 21: Fun Weekend
This is just a weekend to come out and have fun. Try a round of mini-golf. Don’t forget the bumper boats are going strong. Try your luck during the eightball tournaments for both kids and adults. Best of all, let us do the cooking for you. Try our great breakfasts as well as our wonderful dinners.
June 28: Swing your Partner
Grab your pardner and sashay down to our western dance, and wear that new western necklace you made in our craft class. Don’t forget to dress the part as you may win a prize in our costume contest.
July 4-6: Old-Fashioned Fourth of July
Come join us as we celebrate our country’s birthday with a bike ride and free birthday cake. Try your luck at our watermelon-seed spitting contest as well as our water balloon toss. Grab your bat and join our softball game and come up and dance to the sounds of Coyote Country DJ.
July 12: Fabulous ‘50s Weekend
Come twist the night away at our ’50s dance. Hop your way to a prize in our hopscotch contest and try our old-fashioned root beer floats.
July 19: Carnival Weekend
Come help us raise money and have fun at the same time. Try your luck at our games of chance, including pop can toss, ring toss, dime toss, face painting, dunk tank and bounce house. All proceeds benefit our Christmas for Kids program.
July 26: Family Fun and Games Weekend
Get your family together for our day of fun and games. Tug of war, sack races, egg toss, water balloon toss and bubble gum blowing.
Better start practicing!!
August 2: Water World Weekend
Cool off on our bumper boats and come play water volleyball! Try not to get wet during our water balloon toss, and join us kids as we run through the sprinklers.
August 9: Luau Weekend
Come make a lei to wear to our Polynesian dinner. Check out the tropical floats, which are so good on a hot day. Get your tickets early for our pit-roasted pork dinner, followed by our Polynesian night of entertainment featuring the Napua Ilima O’ Kehaulani group.
August 16: Animals, Animals, Animals Weekend
Join us for a weekend devoted to the furry creatures, including lanyard animal crafts and a pet show. Project Wildlife will be here with some rescued animals. Try and find Haley Hawk, who lives here at Pio Pico!
August 23: Back to School Weekend
Kids, enjoy your final free weekend before it’s back to homework. Come make a photo frame for your school photo. Play in that final eightball tourney and test your knowledge at our Trivial Pursuit challenge.
August 30-September 1: Farewell to Summer Weekend
Come out for our final weekend of the summer camping season. Join our Golden Horseshoe tourney, play candy bingo, come watch our magic show and join in some softball games. Try your luck at our silent raffle to benefit Christmas for kids. The final teen dance of the summer with Mr. FDR.

Annual grand reopening of our family pool—horseback riding, log rolling and the climbing wall are some of the things to do, along with Soledad’s traditional chicken dance, YMCA and many more. Family dance with the Ray Caster rock ’n’ roll country band. S.O.S. DJ Entertainment will host our teen dance, and we’ll have the always popular family dance with the Exit West Band.
May 26: Memorial Day Ceremony
United States Marines Corps: Honored guest Lt. Col. Ty McCarthy, Sgt. Michael D. Brookman, USMC color guard presentation, 21-gun salute and “Taps,” Highland High School Air Force J.R.O.T.C, (Ret.) USAF Maj. C. Hernandez, presentation of the “Table of Honor.” Edwards Air Force Base Young Marines, Dust Devils, Young Leathernecks, C.O. Sergeant Nicolas E. Henderson, Pledge of Allegiance and national anthem, wreath to the Unknown Soldier, and a presentation of all military branches. The Santa Clarita Valley Boy Scouts of America will present their “Order of the Arrow” tribute to our military with Native American dances.
May 31: Inaugural Toys for Tots 5K walk/run kickoff.
Join us and run or walk the trails for a good cause. With a new unwrapped toy or a $5 suggested donation we can sign you up. We have invited the Air Force, Navy, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, Young Marines and local R.O.T.C. to come and join us. After the run/walk, stay and visit with us and spend a great afternoon of fun with family and friends. Swimming, basketball, fishing and horseback riding are just a few of the events happening. Stay till nightfall and join us at our marshmallow roast and a great Saturday night family dance with S.O.S. DJ. Entertainment.
June 7-8: Fifth Annual Civil War Weekend
Annual Civil War reenactment with soldiers and encampments from the North and the South and in between. Setup will begin Friday night, with the first battle set for Saturday morning. Military and civilian vendors, hospital, chapel, renegade troops and civilian encampments will be set up along our wading ponds on the West End road leading to our Horse Ranch western town. We plan on having a fashion show, ladies’ tea social, and a gambling hall Saturday Night. A traditional family dance of that era is scheduled Saturday evening in the family lodge dance hall. Everyone is welcome.
June 14-15: Father’s Day Weekend
Sunday’s pancake breakfast is free to all dads.
June 21: Class of 2008 Graduation Weekend
Congratulations, class of 2008! It’s all about high-school, college and university pride this weekend. Take part in swimming, rock climbing, log rolling, basketball, corn and watermelon-eating contests. Come represent your school and then come to the family dance on our patio and party!
June 28: Native American Weekend
Come and find out what Native Americans have contributed to our American culture. Poetry, storytelling, dance, art and crafts. Our cinema will be showing movies with Native American themes such as “Flags of our Fathers,” “Dances with Wolves,” “500 Nations” and “Squanto.”
July 4-5: Fourth of July Weekend
We’ll be doing the YMCA dance, the chicken dance, hands-up and the hokey-pokey poolside. Horseback riding, rock climbing, hammer strike and log rolling are just a few of the activities, as well as tournaments in basketball, horseshoes, volleyball and pool. A family dance on Friday the Fourth with the Ray Caster Band, great rock ‘n’ roll music for all. Acton’s Annual Fourth of July parade rolls on Friday. As always our parade entry will be very patriotic with the Marines, Young Marines, Boy Scouts Order of the Arrow and our local R.O.T.C. on board as a reminder of our military still in harm’s way. Meet in front of the family lodge at 7:30 a.m. if you would like to be a part of this annual event. Our annual fireworks display car caravan is scheduled to depart Soledad at 5 p.m. for Palmdale High School (about 15 minutes away). Gates open at 5, with fireworks at dusk, around 9 p.m. A great dance to close out this weekend has been planned. The Exit West Band will host our family country and western dance, and for the young and young at heart we will have S.O.S. DJ Entertainment.
July 12: Western Weekend
Our Horse Ranch will be the main focus this weekend, with activities such as horseback riding, cowboy poetry, crafts, storytelling, western games, sell & trade and marketplace. Our wrangler Jerry and his wild bunch will have western shows throughout the weekend. They are a crazy bunch of “desperadoes” who love shooting guns, horse riding and crazy stunts. Ranger Frank and his wild animals will teach us about our local high-desert wild plants and wildlife.
July 19: ‘50s Rock ‘n’ Roll Weekend
Ponytails, crew cuts, poodle skirts, leather and letterman jackets, penny loafers and bobby socks are just some of the things the kids will be wearing when the T-birds and the Pink Ladies get together to dance to the Exit West Band. The bunny hop and the twist are just some of the dances you can compete in at our ’50s dance-a-thon. S.O.S. DJ Entertain-ment will keep the younger (or young at heart) crowd busy outside on our patio with dances like the cha cha and the slide.
July 26: Mardi Gras Weekend
Ranger Frank and his animals will make a special presentation this evening. Make carnival masks at craft class so we can wear them at the dance later that night. Collect beads throughout the day when you are challenged to various games, dares and fun activities by our recreation staff.
August 2: Luau Weekend
Our annual luau is one of our most popular events. Jesse’s Rec-Crew Dance Review and the Tamali’is Dance Company, with Brandon the fire dancer, are always a favorite. Make your reservation early; this weekend gets busy. A great family dance with S.O.S. DJ Entertainment will close out the evening.
August 9: Country Weekend
Country fun and games. Ranger Frank and animal friends will inform us on our local wildlife.
August 16: Pirates Weekend
Pirates have wandered onto Soledad and they plan on taking over, turning our park into a wild ride of games and tournaments. Don’t lose to the pirates, or you’ll be walking the plank on our rolling log. Ranger Frank will bring a great collection of native animals from our high desert.
August 23: Toys for Tots 5k Walk/Run Toy Drive
Run or “Walk the Trails.” Either way, all the toys collected will stay in Antelope Valley. You can make a difference by bringing a new, unwrapped toy for our toy drive and spend the day at the preserve with family and friends. The award ceremony will be on our family lodge patio right after the last participant has crossed the finish line. Come dance under the stars with the ultimate dance machine, S.O.S. DJ Entertainment.
August 29-September 1: Labor Day Weekend
Horseback riding, fishing, dancing, crafts, relaxing and fun times are scheduled. Family dances all weekend long. Adult, teen and family tourneys in pool, horseshoe, basketball and volleyball. Games, contests, marshmallow roast, log rolling, movies and crafts for all. Close to local attractions, and don’t forget the fish pond is stocked.
September & October Dances
Saturdays: Family dance with The Exit West Band, teen dance with S.O.S. DJ Entertain-ment. Sundays: Family dance with The Ray Caster Band, teen dance with S.O.S. DJ Entertainment.
October 25: Halloween Weekend
Come and check out our annual haunted western town and Indian village. Our traditional contests will be in full swing, with pumpkin-carving and costume contests for all. Trick or treat around the preserve or pass out candy. Members will learn about and observe up-close the local nocturnal animals with Ranger Frank and his Company F.A.W.N. (Families, Animals with Nature). Jonathan and his Great Magic show and S.O.S. DJ entertainment make Soledad the place to be.
November 3-7: Toys for Tots Line Dance Rally
Line dance lessons all week long. Top line- dance instructors have been invited to this second annual line dance rally. Potluck, raffle and a farewell dance are just a few of the highlights this week. Help us with our toy drive by bringing a new, unwrapped toy to light up a child’s face at Christmas.
November 27-29: Thanksgiving Dinner
Our annual Thanksgiving dinner and traditional dessert potluck, including a Toys for Tots toy drive dance-a-thon and multi-culture folklore talent show. The McLeod Clan (Irish folklore dancers) will be here, along with Tamali’is (Polynesian folklore fire dancer) and the Antelope Valley High School Mix-it Up Club (multi-culture dance group). We’ll have a United States Marine family dance-a-thon after the folklore show. S.O.S. DJ Entertainment will be here, too, so come and dance the night away with a Marine.
December 20: Toys for Tots Christmas Weekend
This is our annual Christmas for Children & Toys for Tots celebration. Come together and celebrate with us the reason for the season. We have an array of great talent scheduled for you that magical evening. Guests include the United States Marine Corps, Marine Aircraft Group-46 Det. Bravo, Edwards Air Force Base Young Marines, Dust Devils (Young Leathernecks), Highland High School JR. R.O.T.C., the Boy Scouts of America Order of the Arrow and S.O.S. DJ Entertainment.
December 31: New Year’s Eve Dance
The Golden Era of Hollywood comes alive again at Soledad with “Hollywood Stars.” New Year’s Eve brings a cluster of stars to Soledad’s biggest dance extravaganza. The Ray Caster Band is our musical host—the best country, rock ‘n‘ roll band in the high desert. Don’t forget to sign up and win the title of Soledad’s King and Queen for 2008. Party favors, champagne, apple cider toast, 50/50 raffles and balloon drop at midnight.
January 1: Happy New Year!
Soledad’s Annual Golden Cue Pool Tourna-ment playoffs. Adults can also enjoy watching The Rose Bowl game and parade on our TV in the adult lodge. Families can get together at the family lodge TV lounge and also enjoy watching these traditional events.

Verde Valley
May 3: Cinco de Mayo
Kids, come learn the Mexican hat dance, make your own salsa for the chip and salsa feast, then join the piñata party before your siesta. In the evening we’ll have a Mexican feast with Ray & Friends. Ole!
May 17: ‘50s Celebration Weekend
Bring your pom-poms, wear your poodle skirts, and learn initial embroidering so you’re ready to hop the night away at Al’s Diner. Our theme dinner and sock hop with Potsy and the Fonz is sure to be a big swinging affair.
May 24: Memorial Weekend
It’s a Red, White and Blue celebration, with a Friday night campfire and marshmallow roast (betcha can’t eat just one s’more). Join us Saturday for a picnic lunch, play family backwards baseball and volleyball and eat barbecue ribs with all the trimmings. All day Sunday we’ll have “Kids in the Pool” water volleyball and relay races with a poolside dinner of grilled hamburgers and Polish dogs. Monday morning, pancake breakfast starts the day, followed by horseshoes and water games for the kids, pickleball and card bingo for the entire family.
June 7: It’s a Bug’s Life
Come create frog thermometers and beetle yo-yos as we put together our own anthill and beehive. A scavenger hunt helps to collect lots of Arizona bugs. Join us for pu-pu platters and bat wings as we celebrate our life as a bug.
June 14: Father’s Day Weekend
Join us for a special treat-making day of special gifts for your special dad. Bring your dad for a nine-ball pool tournament at the pool lodge to win him a free dinner.
June 21: Ancient Olympics
Start the day with a torch-lighting parade, dress in a toga and compete in games of ancient mythology to win the gold, bronze and silver medals. Kids’ award ceremony to follow at the pool lodge patio with a hot dog and marshmallow roast.
June 28: Life’s A Beach
Be creative and join the fun in the sand castle competition, cool off with water games, bring the whole family over for “beach ball” baseball and end your day with shell and rock painting.
July 4-5: Fourth of July
Friday, July Fourth fireworks show and festival in Cottonwood at the fairgrounds, with free food, water slides, pie eating contest, music, games and fun for the entire family. Saturday we’ll have a marshmallow roast an Uncle Sam face painting. Spend the evening feasting on barbecue ribs with all the fixings. After breakfast on Sunday, join in on the swimming pool games, then hang around the pool for our Sunday night poolside barbecue, with grilled burgers and hot dogs. Monday we’ll have red, white and blue pancakes for breakfast.
July 12: Harry Potter Mystery
Clues are hidden all around the pool lodge for a full day of mystery to solve the “who done it, where and why.” Solve this and be cloaked as the new Harry Potter.
July 24: Charlie Brown Weekend
Baseball, free-throw basketball, football, picnic lunch—these are all of the “Peanuts” favorites, but let’s not leave out Snoopy! Bring your family pet for our “best of show” dog show and “lookalike” contest. Give your best performance in playing Linus on the piano/keyboard. “It’s up to you, Charlie Brown.”
August 9: Jungle Book Weekend
Lions, tigers and bears, oh my! Monkey door knockers, snake bookmarkers, safari hike and scavenger hunt, tree climbing and much more. Can you survive in the jungle? Help us build a shelter using just twigs and ferns, then sit back and relax as we roast marshmallows and sing.
August 30: Labor Day Weekend
End of summer cookout with a marshmallow roast, night water sliding, kids’ dance and barbecue on the pool lodge patio. Sunday we’ll have swimming pool games, baseball and a poolside barbecue chicken dinner. Don’t forget to join us on Monday for a hearty breakfast before you hit the road and the beginning of the new school year.

Wilderness Lakes
March 22-23: Easter Weekend
Color Easter eggs. Easter egg hunt with prizes, church services, Dominic’s karaoke, Buttons the Clown and Friends do face painting and balloons.
March 29: Dance with the Campers
Competition with your neighbors in Dancing with the Campers, like Dancing with the Stars. Prizes and a wonderful time to be had by all.
April 19: Sock Hop
Fishing derby fund-raiser. Come join the fun and help out a great cause.
May 10-11: Be Nice to Mom Weekend

May 17-18: Armed Forces Weekend
Let’s support all those in our military. Commemorative kids’ craft and coloring contest. Come stand up on our rolling log if you can! Learn the challenges of our battlefield golf course during our tournament.
May 24-26: Memorial Weekend
Get patriotic on our rolling log. Dominic’s family karaoke entertains everyone, and we’ll have a teen dance and a red, white and blue kids’ craft, coloring contest, scavenger hunt, water ball toss and family golf tournament.
June 7-8: Rootie Tootie, Fresh & Fruity Weekend
Hey let’s get healthy! Join our banana-eating contest, bobbing for apples and watermelon-seed spitting. Bust our fruit piñata, then enjoy a banana split at our ice cream social. For those who need to gain a few pounds you can always play candy/cookie bingo.
June 14-15: Be Nice to Dad Weekend
Extra prizes at candy bingo and pictures with frames for Dad at kids’ crafts. Treat Dad to a steak dinner on Saturday night, then enjoy some family togetherness with Marlin’s karaoke. On Sunday kids-be-nice-to-Dad hour, Dad-against-the family golf tourney, free cake for all dads at the ice cream social.
June 21-22: Fishing Derby Weekend
Whether you’re lucky or not, throw your line in the water and participate in our annual fishing derby. If you have no experience you can always learn from some of our regulars. Prizes awarded for the largest fish, etc. If fishing is not your thing there are many alternatives. Everyone is lucky at our casino night with Wilderness Lakes money and a drawing for prizes.
July 4-6: Fourth of July Weekend
Challenge our rolling log, patriotic kids’ craft, fireworks at surrounding parks, Dominic’s family karaoke, coloring contest and scavenger hunt, adult dance and DJ teen dance. Buttons the Clown & Friends do face painting and balloons, then it’s time to decorate your bikes for a big band parade.
July 19-20: Let’s Relax Weekend
Kick back at our campfire and create s’mores. Relax by the pool, get lunch from our kitchen and let the kids cool off. Pull up a chair and fish for awhile. Play some candy bingo for a bit of energy so you can dance to Tony Lopez’s Highway 91 DJ. Take a mellow cruise on our hay wagon, shoot some pool and learn some new shots from our regulars. Maybe practice a few hoops after dark. All our court lights stay on until 10 p.m.
July 26-27: Mini-Golf Weekend
Putt Putt! It’s a “family affair” mini-golf tournament with prizes awarded. Play candy bingo to get all the energy you will need to survive. Golf ball painting for kids’ craft. Roll around on our hayride or take a break on our train ride. Family togetherness with Marlin’s karaoke on Saturday, and everyone can cool off at our ice cream social.
August 2-3: Luau Weekend
Do a little hula on our rolling log. Buttons the Clown & Friends will be here with face painting and balloons, and we’ll have a mermaid piñata for the kids and make Hawaiian items for kids’ crafts. Wine tasting for those 21 and over, Hawaiian dinner, Hula Hoop contest, best Hawaiian dressed couple, dolphin ring toss, and Polynesian dancers perform.
August 16-17: Family Water World Weekend
Let’s get together! Activities for the whole family all weekend. Waterball toss or cool off in the pool, play candy bingo, basketball, baseball, mini-golf and billiards. Try the challenging rolling log. Share a banana split at our ice cream social.
August 30-September 1: Labor Day Weekend
Roll around on our rolling log if you dare. We’ll have a red, white and blue kids’ craft, then enjoy Marlin’s family karaoke. Adult dance and DJ teen dance, coloring contest, scavenger hunt and water ball toss.
September 6-7: Grandparents Weekend
Extra prizes at candy bingo, picture frames for Grandma and Grandpa at kids’ crafts. Treat the grandparents to a steak dinner on Sat-urday night, then enjoy family entertainment with Tony Lopez. On Sunday it’s family-be-nice-to-grandparents hour, then a grandparents-against-the-family golf tourney.
September 20-21: Western Days Weekend
Buttons the Clown & Friends do face painting and balloons. Candy bar bingo, western roper show and bluegrass band, chili cookoff with prizes. Play blackjack with Wilderness Lakes money at casino night and win prizes.
October 18-19: Octoberfest Weekend
Knockwurst and sauerkraut dinner. beer mug races. German beer tasting for 21 and over, root beer tasting and pretzels for the rest. Oompah music and more with Coyote Country DJ.
October 31-November 2: Halloween Weekend
Haunted House, Buttons the Clown and Friends do face painting and balloon figurines. Decorate your own pumpkin, trick-or-treat, join our costume contest, coloring contest, dance to spooky music and more.
November 11-12: Veterans Weekend
A salute to our soldiers and all veterans. Anna-Maria with JAMN Country will perform a tribute to our veterans. Free cake for all veterans at the ice cream social.
November 27-30: Thanksgiving Weekend
Thanksgiving dinner, coloring contest, adult pool tourney, family mini-golf tourney, turkey kids’ crafts. Dominic’s family karaoke is fun for the whole family.
December 20-31: Winter Wonderland Week
Santa arrives December 20—have your picture taken with him! We’ll have special crafts all week for adults and kids, along with holiday caroling, fireplace burning and hot chocolate, coffee, tea and cookies. Enjoy the singalong hayride and our New Year’s Eve party with entertainment, snacks, games, party favors and a midnight toast. |
